About home cooking around the world

味噌や醤油といった日本でもなじみのある調味料を使って作った料理には、様々なバリエーションがあります。私たちはそうした料理から、自分達の文化や風習を感じることができます。それは外国の料理でも同じです。使われる食材や完成した料理を通じて、私たちはその国の歴史や文化を学ぶことができます。このページでは、日本語教室の児童の国で有名な料理の一部を紹介します。一人一人の児童が、学んだ日本語を使って一生懸命に記事を書きました。みなさんも、たくさんの国の食を通じて、その共通点や相違点から国際理解に触れてみませんか。

There are many variations of dishes made using seasonings that are familiar in Japan, such as miso and soy sauce. We can feel our own culture and customs through these dishes. The same goes for foreign cuisine. We can learn about a country's history and culture through the ingredients used and the finished dishes. This page introduces some of the famous dishes from the countries of the Japanese class students. Each student worked hard to write an article using the Japanese they had learned. Wouldn't you like to experience international understanding through the commonalities and differences through the food of many countries?
